While everyone is affected by climate change, some populations are more vulnerable than others. The GSMA aims to support SMEs and startups that are building solutions that will help such communities anticipate, absorb, and/or adapt to climate-related shocks.

A cross-industry survey conducted by the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) has found that 83 percent of respondents plan to deploy Wi-Fi 6/6E before the end of 2022.
